“Before I started working with Mandy, I thought I had a really good idea about what was "healthy" and eating well. I realized I wasn't really paying attention to what I was buying and eating as long as it had a "healthy" or "organic" label. I've become more mindful and intentional with my grocery shopping and how I choose to fuel my body.
I've also become better about incorporating healthy fats into my diet and it's made a big difference for me in terms of staying full and having energy all day. Before I was always using coffee as my snack... and having more coffee than food and water a lot of days. Being more considerate of how I hydrate and my coffee intake has paid off the most. My sleep is WAY better and I've been able to maintain a normal menstrual cycle which has never happened to me without birth control.
Also supplements! Prior to working with Mandy, I had played around with taking collagen and other supplements. Now several months out I'm really noticing the benefits of the collagen and the probiotic (which has been lifesaving).”
