Brain Boosting Smoothie

Packed full of healthy fat, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory foods that support a healthy brain, focus, and memory.

 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup spinach, packed

  • 1/4 cup avocado (about 1/2 an avocado)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 cup water


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients except water into a blender. Blend until combined.

  2. Slowly add some of the water and blend again.

  3. Continue adding water and blending until desired consistency is reached.
