Brain Boosting Smoothie
Packed full of healthy fat, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory foods that support a healthy brain, focus, and memory.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup spinach, packed
1/4 cup avocado (about 1/2 an avocado)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients except water into a blender. Blend until combined.
Slowly add some of the water and blend again.
Continue adding water and blending until desired consistency is reached.
